Key responsibilities Lead full life-cycle recruiting for high-priority sales and corporate business functions, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership Architect creative sourcing strategies and conduct rigorous candidate evaluations to build diverse talent pipelines Identify and resolve recruitment funnel bottlenecks while optimizing processes to improve hiring metrics Required qualifications 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or high-growth environment Advanced expertise in sourcing and closing senior-level roles within Sales and Business Operations Proficiency with Workday ATS and Phenom CRM, along with advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance recruitment workflows and candidate engagement Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close highly sought-after candidates
