Role Description

This is a full-time, field-based position supporting the greater Charleston and Myrtle Beach territory. The Sales Associate will work alongside experienced sales representatives to support existing accounts, develop new business, and provide dependable service to surgeons and operating room teams.

This role requires regular travel throughout the territory and an in-person presence in hospitals and operating rooms. Success requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to earn trust in a demanding clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Support surgical cases by coordinating product and instrument availability and providing product support within company and hospital guidelines.

* Build relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital purchasing teams.

* Identify prospective customers and help expand product use within existing accounts.

* Develop a strong understanding of our products, surgical applications, and supporting clinical evidence.

* Assist with product presentations, surgeon education, and new account development.

* Coordinate inventory, instrument sets, and case logistics with the territory team.

* Maintain accurate customer activity and opportunity records in company sales systems.

* Contribute to territory sales goals through consistent follow-up, preparation, and execution.

* Meet hospital credentialing requirements and uphold company compliance standards.

* Ability to remain professional and composed in an operating room environment.

* Willingness to accommodate early surgical schedules and changing case needs.

* Ability to travel regularly throughout the Charleston and Myrtle Beach territory.

* Previous sales, healthcare, customer service, or account management experience preferred.

* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
