Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $2,164 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Carbondale, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA. Active Pennsylvania SLP license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders, and voice disorders preferred. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days. Schedule: 5x8. Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
