Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) supporting elementary students this summer. Situated near Minneapolis, MN, this position focuses on extended school year (ESY) services from July 6 through July 23. You’ll work directly with students in a collaborative school environment, helping to advance their communication skills and support their individual learning goals.

Your schedule will be as follows:

• July 6–July 9: 8:30am–12:30pm (student hours 9:00am–12:00pm)
• July 13–July 16: 8:30am–2:30pm (student hours 9:00am–2:00pm)
• July 20–July 23: 8:30am–2:30pm (student hours 9:00am–2:00pm)

This contract role offers a competitive compensation of $70–$80 per hour.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota SLPA licensure required
• Experience or strong interest in school-based SLPA roles preferred
• Familiarity with ESY or similar summer school programs is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and families
• Excellent organizational skills and a punctual, dependable work approach

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist speech-language pathologists in delivering direct therapy to students
• Support IEP implementation and help track student progress
• Prepare instructional materials and adapt activities for individual needs
• Maintain consistent documentation in line with district requirements
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers to foster student success
