You’ll present repair-versus-replace options clearly, empowering homeowners to make informed decisions without pressure. Our structured career path offers a starting trainee salary of $25/hr, with the potential to earn $90,000–$138,000+/year as a Senior Technician. Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 per year Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, ensuring each job is thoroughly tested and documented before completion. Conduct comprehensive system health assessments during maintenance visits, providing homeowners with a detailed status report. Present clear repair-versus-replace options with transparent pricing, empowering homeowners to make informed decisions. Maintain complete and accurate records in ServiceTitan, including photos, system readings, and job notes, for every call. Perform daily inspections of your service vehicle, ensuring all equipment is organized and any issues are promptly reported. Qualifications: Required: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience. Comfortable using iPad and field service software (ServiceTitan or similar). U.S. work authorization. You do NOT need: EPA 608 before day one — preferred, but we'll sponsor the right candidate. Commercial or new construction experience — this is residential service. Your own tools — the company provides equipment. ServiceTitan experience specifically — we'll train you on our system.
