Job Description Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Reach Forklift Operator Department: Warehouse Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Pay:27.50/hr Schedule: M-F 1pm - 9:30pm & 5am-1pm Location: Burien, Wa Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate / Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for safely operating stand-up reach forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, and organize products and materials throughout the warehouse while following all company policies and safety procedures. Key Duties & Responsibilities Operate stand-up reach forklifts to move products, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into storage racks above floor height Pick palletized units from rack locations above floor height and prepare them for outbound shipment Load and unload materials onto and off pallets, skids, and lifting devices Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanning systems to select and record materials, weights, counts, and product conditions Maintain accurate inventory movement and warehouse organization Complete daily forklift inspections and maintenance checklists Monitor battery charge levels, clean and maintain batteries, and ensure equipment is placed at designated charging stations Follow all OSHA, regulatory, and company safety standards, policies, and procedures Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned Work with additional warehouse machinery and material handling equipment when needed Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred Experience operating a stand-up reach forklift required RF scanner experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work throughout scheduled shifts Forklift certification preferred or willingness to become certified #SEAWA
