Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in B2B sales with Gateway Computers. As the company was winding down, an opportunity with State Farm came along and ultimately led me to build a new career in agency ownership. ROLE DESCRIPTION Don Guzman - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
