Industrial Client Development Manager

Industrial Client Development Manager We’re looking for an Industrial Client Development Manager with a passion for sales. The role involves connecting with businesses, showcasing staffing solutions, and closing deals that drive growth. You will expand market share by understanding client needs and delivering top talent solutions. Your typical day includes engaging with potential and current clients, understanding their hiring needs, building relationships, and strategically managing profitability through effective pricing. Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with new and current clients to understand their needs and introduce staffing solutions. Hit and exceed sales targets, grow market share, and deliver profitable deals. Collaborate with recruiting team to match talent with client opportunities. Serve as the key client point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns. Manage client database, follow a clear sales process, and meet goals. Qualifications At least 1 year of proven sales acumen. Success in meeting client conversion and sales targets.
