- # SEO ExpertApplyremote type: Hybridlocations: Milanotime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 18 Days Agojob requisition id: JR0094892**Agency :**Havas Media Group**Job Description :**Il team SEO di Havas Media Network è attualmente alla ricerca di un\* nuov\* SEO Expert per rafforzare il proprio team.La figura si inserirà nel team CSA e ricoprirà le seguenti **attività**:* Gestire la pianificazione ed esecuzione delle attività di SEO On-Site, Off-Site e di Local SEO, con attenzione ai motori di ricerca tradizionali e generativi;* Effettuare analisi tecniche dei siti dei clienti e supportare in modo consulenziale i processi di migrazione;* Analizzare la struttura dei contenuti e saper interpretare codice HTML, CSS e Javascript;* Creazione di report approfonditi per i clienti e analizzare impatto delle attività erogate e le performance organiche dei loro siti;* Individuare problemi di scansione, indicizzazione e posizionamento e suggerire necessarie azioni e interventi;* Lavorare a diretto contatto con i clienti a livello locale e global e coordinarsi dove necessario con colleghi di altre country;* Aggiornarsi e condividere con il team le ultime tendenze e best practices SEO, inclusi generative search e AI.**Requisiti**:* Due/tre anni di esperienza nell’ambito SEO (preferibilmente in agenzia) e passione per il marketing sui motori di ricerca;* Familiarità con HTML, CSS, JavaScript;* Conoscenza dei principi SEO e UX su desktop e mobile;* Conoscenza approfondita dei fattori di ranking e degli algoritmi dei motori di ricerca;* Conoscenza del funzionamento dei motori di ricerca generativi e dei punti di contatto e differenze con i motori di ricerca tradizionali;* Conoscenza approfondita di Semrush, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog (e altri tool SEO simili), Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tool, Google Analytics 4, Google Merchant Center e Google Trends;* Capacità di analizzare, interpretare e utilizzare i dati forniti da questi strumenti;* Capacità di analizzare i contenuti e l’ottimizzazione SEO tecnica di un sito;* Intraprendenza e capacità di trovare soluzioni in autonomia;* Capacità di fare presentazioni efficaci;* Inglese fluente;* Propensione al lavoro in team;* Interesse a rimanere aggiornat\* sulle ultime tendenze e best practices riguardo a SEO, generative AI e marketing digitale.**Sede di lavoro:** Milano **Orario di lavoro:** Full-time**Inquadramento e retribuzione:** Commisurati all’esperienza e alle competenze del candidato.*Il presente annuncio si rivolge ai candidati di ambo i sessi (L. 903/77).
