Manufacturing Operations Supervisor – Direct Hire 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday 3:30pm–12:00am. Salary: $85,000–$105,000. Exempt. Our client is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity within a modern aerospace manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day supervision of 2nd shift machining operations Lead Team Leads, Machinists, Operators, and Set‑Up Technicians Ensure production, quality, safety, and delivery goals are achieved Troubleshoot production and equipment issues while improving processes Monitor ERP reporting, control charts, and production documentation Coach, mentor, and develop employees to build high‑performing teams Maintain strong communication between production staff and management Support new product introduction and continuous improvement initiatives Operate within AS9100 and NADCAP quality standards Qualifications 7+ years of machining/manufacturing experience preferred Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred 7+ years of leadership experience with 15+ direct reports preferred CNC machining background required Trade school certification or equivalent hands‑on experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Microsoft Office proficiency required; ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus Associate degree preferred but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Occasional lifting up to 35 lbs. Must meet vision requirements including depth perception and color recognition Compensation $85,000–$105,000 based on experience and qualifications.
