Electrical Assembler

Location: Pasadena, TX
P ay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift
Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire

We are hiring Electrical Assemblers for a growing manufacturing facility in Pasadena, TX. This position is responsible for assembling and wiring electrical equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

Assemble electrical and mechanical components.
Read and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
Perform point-to-point wiring and route wires neatly and accurately.
Install terminal blocks, circuit breakers, relays, switches, and other electrical components.
Measure, cut, strip, crimp, label, and terminate wires.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Previous electrical assembly, control panel wiring, or related manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, crimpers, wire strippers, and multimeters.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly work.
Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when required.
High school diploma or GED required.
