The Engine We are a 4,500+ member Christian and Missionary Alliance church focused on GRACE. Our Children’s Ministry disciples around 300 kids every week. This role requires a seasoned, high‑energy, proven leader to take the wheel; a pastor’s title is not required, but the candidate must be perfectly aligned with our evangelical doctrine and possess real, large‑scale kids’ ministry experience. The Blueprint for Your Operation You will build a predictable, high‑output discipleship machine that partners with parents and an incredible children’s staff to shape the next generation. You will oversee programming across Early Childhood and Elementary ministries. Volunteer Pipeline You recruit, train, and aggressively support a massive volunteer team, building a culture where volunteers feel equipped, deeply valued, and fiercely loyal. Programming Engine You develop and execute dynamic, Christ‑centered programming that captures a child’s attention and, ultimately, their heart. Operations Protocol You manage systems, steward the budget, and lock down safety and administrative processes to bring order and peace to the ministry. Parent Partnership You establish crystal‑clear communication systems that empower and resource parents to be the primary spiritual leaders in their homes.
