The Company is seeking a Head of School to lead its inclusive, independent, and values-driven educational institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding and advancing the school's mission, vision, and values, which are deeply rooted in academic excellence, student voice, and a genuine sense of belonging. The Head of School will oversee the academic program, ensuring it remains a rigorous and purposeful blend of research-informed teaching, and is designed to prepare students for success in college and life. This role involves fostering a community that embodies the values of critical thinking, respectful dialogue, and the pursuit of justice, and empowering students to grow into individuals with the skills, knowledge, and character to make meaningful contributions to the world.
