Forklift Operator The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and transport products and materials throughout the warehouse. Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled safely and accurately. Receive, inspect, and properly place incoming materials in designated storage locations. Pull, stage, and prepare products and materials for shipment. Maintain accurate inventory by properly scanning, labeling, and organizing products. Safely move pallets and large materials using forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and OSHA guidelines. Inspect forklift equipment before use and report any mechanical or safety issues immediately. Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed. Handle products carefully to prevent damage during loading, unloading, and transportation. Assist with inventory organization and other general warehouse duties as assigned. Work cooperatively with team members and management to maintain an efficient warehouse operation. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Previous forklift operating experience required. Experience operating a Reach Truck, Order Picker, or Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) is a plus. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
