Quick Facts Location: Paducah, KY Start Date: 07/23/2026 Duration: Ongoing with 7-10 days/month coverage Shift: 24-hour call (In-House) Hours/Week: Flexible during assigned days Employment Type: Locum Licenses/Certifications: Kentucky medical license, Board Certified/Eligible in Urology Experience: General Urology, inpatient focus, with advanced endoscopic techniques Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: Hourly rate to be discussed (based on experience) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly direct deposit pay schedule Medical benefits (W-2) Reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and lodging Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 dedicated support team What You ll Do Provide inpatient urology care and on-call coverage at Lourdes Hospital Perform general urology procedures including ESWL (available Tuesdays) Utilize advanced endoscopic techniques, ureteroscopy, and laser procedures Document patient encounters efficiently using EPIC EMR Collaborate with onsite APRNs supporting outpatient clinics when needed Respond to call-back hours efficiently, averaging 2-8 hours as needed Support hospital inpatient units and ensure high-quality patient care What You Need Required: Valid Kentucky medical license Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology Experience in general urology with procedural skills Certification in laser techniques (preferred) EPIC EMR proficiency Preferred: Prior inpatient/urology call experience Ability to perform advanced endoscopic procedures About the Assignment Join a respected team providing inpatient urology services at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY.
