Home Health RN Clinical Manager

Position Overview The RN Clinical Manager – Home Health supervises clinical staff working with high medical acuity clients and those receiving extended non-licensed support. Responsibilities include staff orientation, ensuring competence as a Preceptor, and maintaining RN Case Manager/Preceptor resources. The role ensures services meet licensing, medical standards, and agency policies. Key Duties Include Managing clinical programs, services, and staff in alignment with policies and regional directives. Overseeing agency growth in home care services. Serving as a clinical expert and assisting with operational and financial management. Investigating client complaints and ensuring quality of care through home visits. Participating in recruiting, training, and evaluating clinical staff. Ensuring client compliance with regulations and supervising case management for financial sustainability. Requirements Licensed Registered Nurse in the practice state. Active CPR certification per policy. Associates degree required. Preferred Qualifications Include 3+ years RN experience in healthcare, particularly home health or hospice. Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and OASIS knowledge.
