Location: St. Charles County, MO

Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available | Weekly Pay

• Safely operate deep reach and stand-up reach trucks to move, stage, load, and unload palletized goods

• Place and retrieve products in high-bay racking systems over 20 feet high

• Pick and inventory orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets

• Perform daily pre-shift equipment safety checks and report any maintenance needs

• Keep storage aisles clean, organized, and compliant with warehouse safety standards

• Assist with general warehouse tasks including pallet wrapping, staging, and order prep

• Prior experience operating deep reach or stand-up reach forklifts required

• Comfortable maneuvering equipment in narrow aisles and elevated high-bay racking

• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs

• Steel-toe work boots required on the warehouse floor

• Strong attendance record and reliable transportation in St. Charles County

• Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements
