Excavation Foreman

As an Excavation Foreman, you will lead crews, coordinate utilities, and manage equipment and field activity. Key Responsibilities Leading excavation crews and coordinating daily work Installing sanitary, watermain, and storm sewer utilities Operating heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, and loaders Using Trimble GPS for layout and grading Coordinating subcontractors and inspectors Maintaining soil erosion controls Reading and interpreting blueprints Supporting general jobsite tasks Performing minor mechanical troubleshooting Ideal Qualifications CDL Class A license Ability to pass a drug screening 5+ years heavy equipment operation 5+ years experience as an excavation foreman Trimble GPS experience Strong blueprint reading skills Knowledge of OSHA safety rules Strong communication and leadership Benefits Weekly competitive pay Employer-paid Health and Dental Insurance Health Savings Account Paid Time Off Company Profit Sharing Program Company Vehicle Opportunities for advancement Responsibilities and qualifications reflect the core of the role.
