Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble pneumatic valve components according to work instructions
- Work alongside a line leader to meet daily production goals
- Test and inspect completed components to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform visual inspections and identify any defects
- Cross-train in multiple workstations and production processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Exceptional attendance and reliability are required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train in different areas
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Small pneumatic hand tools
- Ability to sit or stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly and inspection tasks
- Well-ventilated manufacturing facility
- Fans located throughout the plant
- Some chemical exposure associated with manufacturing processes
- Team-oriented and safety-focused environment
- Steel-toed shoes (required)
- Safety glasses (required)
- Ear plugs (provided)
- Long-term evaluation-to-hire opportunity
