School Facilities Care Specialist - South County Campus

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. This role plays a vital part in supporting daily operations by ensuring campus facilities meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and health in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday | 5:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Perform general custodial duties throughout the campus Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas Assist with event setups and takedowns, both indoors and outdoors Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals properly Follow all safety protocols and promote a safe environment Interact professionally with staff, students, and the public Work independently while managing time and tasks efficiently Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards Physically able to lift, move, and handle custodial equipment and materials Reliable, dependable, and safety-oriented Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision Requirements Fingerprint background check Family Care Registry Safety Check TB test #J-18808-Ljbffr
