In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff while helping support daily administrative operations. Join a team that takes pride in caring for both its residents and one another.Responsibilities:Welcome visitors and ensure proper sign-in and sign-out procedures are followedMonitor facility entrances and follow building security procedures to support resident safetyAnswer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments, staff, or resident roomsPerform administrative support tasks including typing, copying, filing, and mail distributionMaintain copier and office supply areas and distribute incoming faxesSort and distribute resident and facility mailMaintain resident directories and mailing informationPrepare door tags, reports, and other clerical documents as requestedAssist with resident transportation and help residents enter or exit the facility when neededUse the facility intercom system for announcements and staff pagingAttend required trainings and comply with facility policies and proceduresPerform additional duties as assignedRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 6 months of administrative or customer service experience requiredHealthcare or long-term care experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, dependable, and team-oriented approachBenefits:Paid Time Off (PTO) for Full-Time and Part-TimeWeekly or Same-Day Pay OptionsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramRetirement Saving OptionsQualificationsEducation: High School or better.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
