If you want to work for a company that is not only a household name, but also truly cares about satisfying customers' financial needs and helping people succeed financially, Contract Duration: 6+ Months Key Responsibilities: Provide ongoing administration, governance, and continuous improvement for Brand Central and associated brand enablement platforms. Oversee and optimize the onboarding process for Brand Stewards, and enhance workflows, communications, reporting, and support functions. Identify, design, and implement automation solutions to boost operational efficiency and enhance user experience. Assist in integrating brand standards, guidelines, and governance frameworks into AI-driven tools and agents. Collaborate with Technology teams, external vendors, and internal business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver new brand enablement capabilities. Contribute to the development of brand learning initiatives, including the creation of training materials and change management resources to drive enterprise adoption of brand tools. Support strategic projects aimed at Brand Enablement Transformation and strengthening enterprise-wide brand cohesion. Qualifications: Proven experience in program management, governance, marketing operations, knowledge management, or digital platform administration. Proficiency with workflow automation, AI technologies, and Microsoft 365/Power Platform. Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, analysis, and communication. Experience in supporting change management, user adoption, training, or community-driven programs.
