Job responsibilitiesApplies deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies focused on analyzing complex data and systems, anticipating issues, and finding ways to mitigate riskWorks with other platforms to architect and implement changes required to resolve issues and modernize the organization and its technology processesBe responsible for infrastructure engineering in accordance with business requirementsDrives results and implements multiple complex programsDrives thought leadership within the product lineExecutes work according to compliance standards, risk and security, and business objectivesConsiders upstream/downstream system or technical implications and advises on mitigation actionsAdvises junior engineers and technologistsAdds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respectRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills12+ years’ experience with enterprise level deployment of Microsoft Communication and Collaboration products in a hybrid environmentExtensive experience with Microsoft Exchange, SMTP, and Identity Management - focusing on managing the lifecycle of email objects in a hybrid environment.Experience leading teams of technologistsAbility to guide and coach teams on approach to achieve goals aligned against a set of strategic initiativesKnowledge of one or more areas of infrastructure engineering such as hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, or performance assessmentsAdept in specific infrastructure technology and programming languages (e.g., Scripting, Python, etc.)Deep technical knowledge across multiple domainsDeep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies with the ability to operate in and migrate across public and private cloudsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience working at both the design and code levels in a large scale environmentLeading a team of engineers and managing stakeholders.
