AI Solutions Engineer

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to design and build innovative AI‑powered applications and workflows. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI and automation to improve processes and drive impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Design and develop AI‑powered solutions using tools such as Azure Cognitive Services, LLMs, Databricks, and LangGraph Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML models and frameworks Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI solutions for scalability, performance, and security Partner with product managers and domain experts to enhance AI capabilities Stay current with emerging AI/ML trends and technologies Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software engineering with AI/ML focus Strong proficiency in Python, SQL , and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Hands‑on experience building end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (NLP, neural networks, computer vision, etc.) Experience with LLMs and tools like LangGraph Strong communication skills with the ability to work with non‑technical stakeholders Experience working in agile environments Preferred Experience with RPA and workflow automation Exposure to enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, SAP) Industry experience or interest in oil & gas Consulting or corporate experience navigating cross‑functional teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
