General Function: Perform a variety of duties related to lens manufacturing. As a member of a high performance team, you will be responsible for a variety of jobs. As the team progresses, you, along with your team members will be a key decision maker in the operation of your part of the business.

Major Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the production of ophthalmic lenses, which includes, degating, inspection, inking, and packaging.

Basic Qualifications: Job experience will be considered in place of a high school diploma or GED. The ability to pass an eye exam. Manual dexterity. A mix of standing and sitting is required. Some lifting up to 20 lbs. required. Anyone 18 years or older may apply. Ability to work in a controlled room environment Team-oriented mindset Strong communication skills Positive can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED. Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Pay Range: 18.14 - 26.00
