A growing e-commerce company is seeking a highly analytical accounts receivable & audit specialist to oversee financial audits, settlement reconciliations, and accounts receivable operations. This role is focused on ensuring financial accuracy across multiple sales platforms, identifying discrepancies, strengthening internal controls, and supporting process improvements in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of third-party sales platforms, settlements, refunds, chargebacks, and related transactions
• Reconcile platform settlements, bank activity, and internal financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Monitor accounts receivable, manage collections, and investigate outstanding or disputed payments
• Identify process improvements, maintain audit documentation, and support internal controls and reporting initiatives

Skills:

• Strong reconciliation, auditing, and financial analysis skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks proficiency
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Requirements:

• 24 years of experience in accounts receivable, financial auditing, or settlement reconciliation
• Experience working with financial records, reporting, and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with QuickBooks
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Location: Brooklyn, NY | Hours: Full-time. | Salary: $70-90k +benefits
