You will work alongside people who are passionate about renewable energy, innovation and creating a more sustainable future.What you’ll doAs Manager, Pre-Construction and Tenders, you will support the sourcing, evaluation, negotiation and award of Engineering, Procurement and Construction contracts for utility-scale renewable energy projects. You may also support Operations and Maintenance service contracts.Working within our EPC team, you will collaborate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Development, Safety and other key stakeholders. You will bring strong commercial judgment, attention to detail and the ability to manage complex tendering activities against critical project timelines.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing, issuing and managing RFP packages for EPC services and, when required, O&M servicesReviewing, normalizing and comparing bids to support clear, well-informed award recommendationsInterviewing and evaluating bidders in partnership with project stakeholdersCompleting supplier due diligence through company prequalification proceduresDeveloping productive relationships with key EPC vendors, including coordinating regular meetings at industry conferences and other settingsSupporting the negotiation and execution of Limited Notice to Proceed agreements, EPC agreements and other consulting or service contracts, including required exhibitsHelping ensure contracts meet the project’s technical and commercial requirementsBuilding effective partnerships with internal stakeholders across Development, Project Management, Engineering, Safety and other functionsSupporting strategic priorities while remaining comfortable managing detailed, tactical activities when neededWho we’re looking forYou are a collaborative and commercially minded professional who can evaluate complex information, build consensus and deliver accurate work within demanding timelines.
