NCLEX Instructor - Milwaukee, WI (On-Site)

Job Title: NCLEX Instructor – Milwaukee, WI (On-Site) Kaplan North America, the world leader in test preparation, is looking for outgoing Master's-prepared nurses passionate about helping new nursing graduates succeed on the NCLEX exam. Key Responsibilities Maintain high energy level and ability to engage students for an excellent student experience. Effectively facilitate learning and learner development. Learn Kaplan’s methodology and strategies quickly. Facilitate active and ongoing classroom management. Attend faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and ongoing instructional meetings as required. Additional Coaching Role (optional) Provide individualized guidance via email through the virtual Kaplan Learning Integrated Coaching (KLIC) program based on student progress. Academic and Clinical Qualifications MSN or BSN with Master’s degree required. Current, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse. 5+ years clinical nursing experience required. Previous teaching/training experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Weekday availability required. Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly teaching rates starting at $40/hr. Hourly coaching rate $35/hr. Paid training and preparation time. Pay increases. Established curriculum. Seasonal position based on nursing school graduation dates and testing cycles. Free or discounted Kaplan courses for qualifying employees or their families under the Gift of Knowledge Program (including Purdue Global’s DNP program).
