This role acts as the operational backbone of sales projects, tracking deal timelines, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Trade Compliance teams, and maintaining data integrity across CRM and transaction records for USM parts, LLPs, and whole asset sales.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Coordinate quote generation, RFQ responses, and sales order processing across Asset Management Solutions and Technical Operations segments.· Support contract administration, pricing documentation, and customer correspondence.· Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasting inputs for leadership.· Process all RMA’s and track.Education and Experience:· Aviation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).Skills and Abilities:· 2+ years in sales coordination, contracts administration, or aviation/aerospace operations.If you would like to see your career take flight, apply today!Aersale is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
