Real Estate Closer

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer for a well‑established law firm in Pensacola, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong residential real estate closing experience who enjoys managing transactions from contract to closing and working directly with clients, lenders, buyers, and sellers. Responsibilities Manage residential real estate closing files from start to finish Prepare and review closing packages and related documentation Review and interpret title searches, commitments, and title work Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, realtors, and attorneys throughout the closing process Conduct and facilitate real estate closings Ensure all files are completed accurately and in compliance with closing requirements Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders regarding transaction status Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of real estate closing experience Residential closing experience is required Commercial real estate experience is a plus Previous experience working for a title company and/or law firm Strong understanding of the real estate closing process and title review Ability to independently manage a high-volume closing workload Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Paid holidays Additional firm-sponsored benefits If you are an experienced real estate paralegal looking for an opportunity to join a collaborative legal team and play a key role in residential and commercial real estate transactions, we encourage you to apply today.
