Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to both inpatient and outpatient populations
• Work independently within a rural hospital setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized patient treatment programs
• Occasional float coverage to a nearby coastal location as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to practice in Oregon
• Experience treating both inpatient and outpatient cases
• Ability to work independently in a rural healthcare environment
• All compliance requirements must be met prior to start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rural or critical access hospital setting
• Comfort with a broad patient caseload across multiple care settings
