Our mission is to advance the health and wellbeing of our communities as a leader in clinical laboratory solutions. **Quality is in our DNA -- is it in yours?**This opportunity is **full-time** during **first shift**.**In this role, you will:*** Perform a vital part of the patient care process by ensuring specimens are properly processed, prepared, routed, and stored* Work within a highly automated, fast-paced environment, including loading and unloading instrumentation and maintaining workflow efficiency* Perform physically active tasks, including routine lifting of up to 40-50 lbs* Support equipment operations by clearing consumables and assisting with the proper disposal of biohazard waste* Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure accurate processing and workflow efficiency* Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement effective solutions* Work in an environment with biological materials while adhering to PPE and safety requirements* Champion safety, compliance, and quality standards**All you need is:*** High School Diploma or equivalent* Experience working in healthcare, manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, specimen processing, or another fast-paced, process-driven environment is preferred but not required.* Strong reading, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills* Ability to operate and learn equipment and technology, including computers, automated systems, and laboratory instrumentation* Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including frequent lifting (up to 40-50 lbs), standing, and repetitive motion in a fast-paced environment* Ability to work with biological specimens and dispose of biohazard materials in accordance with safety protocols.**We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds.
