Audio Engineer

Sonic-Rocket Productions is looking for an experienced audio engineer to join our team. We are a full featured recording studio in Fallbrook, CA specializing in helping our clients achieve their artistic vision and business goals. Applicant must be an experienced musician and content creator by nature looking for a new base of operations. Ideal candidate has been doing this kind of work on their own, reaching a point where they are ready to take it to the next level. If you have outgrown the home studio and want to be part of a professional studio, this may be the perfect opportunity. We have a growing client base and want to expand our business to include audio and video production, photography, graphic design, and much more. Knowledge of our local music scene is a definite plus. Experience with Protools, Ableton Live, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other Audio/Video production software is highly desirable. This is not a salaried position, nor is it an internship. We will help you find clients but you must consistently deliver quality work and actively seek out new clients on your own. Compensation is based on the billable hours you generate and is entirely dependent on your initiative. There is a huge potential for professional growth and income here, but initially this position is not suited for someone as a sole source of income. The key is to get actively involved and you will soon be reaping the rewards. We are looking for someone in or very close to the Fallbrook area. This is not the kind of job that will work well for someone with a long commute.
