Entry-Level Sales & Charity Fundraising Representative

• Speak with members of the public about charitable missions and fundraising initiatives.
• Build connections and encourage people to support the cause.
• Help meet campaign goals while delivering a positive public experience.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in training and development. What We’re Looking For • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfort speaking with new people in a face-to-face setting.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
• An interest in fundraising, community engagement, or sales. Previous sales or fundraising experience is a plus, but not required if you’re willing to learn. Position Details • Location: Northern California Bay Area
• Work setting: In-person events and community fundraising
• Training: Direct one on one mentorship
• Compensation: 40-45k first year with opportunity for raises
