Job Title: Full Time  Lead Cleaner

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking part-time evening lead cleaner in (Bellaire) Houston TX.

The shift is 12:30-9:30

Pay is: $18

Position Summary
Cleaners in our company are reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated! In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for our customers. Your work makes a difference every day—helping people enjoy healthier, more comfortable environments.

What You Will Do:

• Point of Contact for Manager- communicating needs
• Securing the Facility - Unlocking & locking the facility at the beginning and end of each shift
• Close Down Checklist – Complete the close-down checklist
• Clean and Disinfect – Perform daily cleaning tasks such as restocking supplies, disinfecting surfaces, restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting/sanitizing surfaces.
• Keep it Fresh – Maintain neat and organized closets. Follow our Maintenance Monday procedures to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Support Safety – Follow all cleaning, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including ensuring facilities are secure before leaving.
• Hours in Harmony – Clock in and clock out for each work shift.
• Operational Excellence – Follow Job Cards and complete Close Down Checklists. Additional documentation may be required depending on the facility.
• Team Spirit – Work independently and as part of a supportive, friendly team.
• Make an Impact – Take pride in leaving every space better than you found it.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic—experience is helpful but not required (we will train you!).
• Reliability and attention to detail.
• Understanding and accepting that inspections of your area will be conducted and be open to constructive feedback when there are areas that need more attention.
• Respond with urgency to any areas that need more attention as a result of an inspection.
• Ability to work on your feet and handle repetitive physical tasks.
• Report any matter that goes against company policy or would harm the company.
• Respectful, professional, and team-oriented.
