Accounting & Operations Associate | Private Equity Asset Management | $100K–$140K+ | Hybrid Position Overview An innovative and growing private equity asset management firm is seeking an Accounting & Operations Associate to join its team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this highly visible role offers broad exposure across fund operations, accounting, investor reporting, regulatory filings, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Partner with the fund administrator to oversee fund accounting activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting Review investment activity, cash transactions, capital calls, and investor distributions Review K-1 processes, tax estimates, and fund-level tax reporting deliverables Create dashboards and reporting tools utilizing Power BI and other technology platforms Assist with investor reporting, due diligence requests, and marketing materials Support regulatory filings including Form ADV and Form PF Identify opportunities for automation, process enhancement, and operational efficiencies Qualifications 5+ years of relevant accounting, tax, or fund operations experience Private equity, alternative investments, or fund accounting experience preferred Strong tax background highly desired, including partnership taxation, fund tax reporting, or K-1 exposure Experience working with fund administrators, auditors, and external advisors Why This Opportunity Direct exposure to the CFO and senior leadership team Opportunity to drive technology initiatives, automation, and process innovation Broad exposure across accounting, operations, tax, investor relations, and compliance Significant long-term career growth potential within a rapidly expanding investment platform Excellent opportunity for a Public Tax Senior Associate or Tax Manager with private equity fund clients looking to transition into industry Bonus opportunity Strong benefits package Outstanding long-term advancement potential A unique opportunity to join a sophisticated private equity investment platform and play a key role in shaping the operational infrastructure of a growing asset management firm while working directly alongside executive leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
