Minerals Revenue Specialist (Outreach)

Help
Assist in developing an effective outreach plan by coordinating with Individual Indian Mineral Owners, allottee associations, Indian tribes, other Federal agencies, and industry on the topics to be covered and the dates and location for the meetings.
Assist in the design of presentations concerned with standard ONRR operating processes.
Under guidance of a senior Analyst, participates in outreach efforts that involve educational seminars and communication with IIMOs, Indian tribes, allottee associations, other Federal agencies, and private industry.
Communicate in person and by telephone on a daily basis with IIMOs, tribal personnel, BIA, BLM, BTFA employees in a tactful, diplomatic, and helpful manner.
Respond to routine inquiries from Indian clients and refers complex inquiries or problems to a higher graded analyst.
Interface with other team members to ensure consistent application and interpretation of policies and procedures.
