BSA/AML Level 1 Alert Analyst - Contract Engagement, Coral Gables, FLFinTrust Connect has partnered with a well-established Coral Gables community bank to identify experienced AML analysts. This is an on-site contract opportunity focused on Level 1 alert disposition within the ECS platform. Analysts work in coordination with an internal BSA/AML team, following established policies and procedures.Duration and Comp: Up to 90 days (may be extended) - $30/hr.Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of AML/BSA analyst experience within a banking environmentHands-on experience with ECS is required (this is the primary qualifier - candidates without verifiable ECS experience will not be considered)Demonstrated experience in transaction monitoring, alert review, and dispositionStrong understanding of KYC, CDD, EDD, and suspicious activity identificationExperience reviewing wire, ACH, and check activityFamiliarity with SAR narrative writing and escalation protocolsBilingual English/Spanish strongly preferredMiami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach, of Florida residency requiredCAMS certification preferred, not required at Level 1Ability to pass client background check and IT security screeningAvailable to start within 2 weeks of contract signatureProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelDescription:Review xhyhwjd and disposition Level 1 AML alerts within the ECS platform per bank policies and proceduresDocument alert decisions with clear, opinion-based rationale supported by transactional factsEscalate suspicious activity to internal BSA/AML team per bank protocolMeet daily productivity benchmarkParticipate in short client onboarding and training (estimated 3-5 days)Coordinate with the FinTrust Connect delivery lead on daily output and weekly reportingContribute observations on recurring alert patterns, client-level clustering opportunities, or process refinements identified during the engagementSupport smooth handoff of any in-flight cases at engagement close
