Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Prepress Manager based in Washington, DC. The Prepress Manager will oversee all pre‑press processes, including print production, and graphics preparation. Responsibilities include managing prepress workflows, ensuring print quality, collaborating with other departments, and troubleshooting any print‑related issues. The role requires a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced environment focused on delivering exceptional results. Qualifications Experience in Print Production and Printing processes on Digital Presses Proficient in Pre‑press operations and troubleshooting client files. Strong proficiency in Graphics preparation and related tools/software. Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage prepress workflows and a team effectively. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail in print quality assurance. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communications, Printing Technology, or related field life experience is preferred.
