Litigation Paralegal

Job Overview We are recruiting an experienced litigation paralegal for a mid‑size law firm in Forsyth County (North Atlanta). The role involves supporting two litigation partners on a wide range of civil matters, including real estate litigation, business litigation, land use & zoning, condemnations, and government law. Key Responsibilities Provide litigation support for real estate, condemnation, business, construction, and other general civil litigation matters. Track and manage case deadlines, including court dates, filing deadlines, and other critical milestones. Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, real estate transaction documents, motions, and subpoenas. E‑file documents in state and federal courts. Act as the primary liaison between attorneys and clients. Effectively collaborate with team members and work independently as needed. Monitor and ensure compliance with court orders, settlement agreements, and other legal obligations. Assist with special projects as needed. Qualifications Paralegal Certificate required. Strong foundational knowledge of Georgia Superior Court Rules and experience with e‑filing. Experience in business, real estate, real property, or general civil litigation encouraged. Dynamic self‑starter who values teamwork, high‑quality work product, and professional development. Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year (overtime eligible).
