Position Title Litigation Paralegal A Litigation Paralegal plays a vital role in supporting legal teams by managing case files, conducting research, and preparing legal documents. Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 / Year DOE Responsibilities Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and similar tools Draft and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and contracts Manage and organize case files in MyCase or similar systems Coordinate deadlines, meetings, and case activities Prepare and file legal documents with courts and agencies Handle attorney calendars, correspondence, and provide administrative support Assist with general office and clerical duties Requirements 1+ years of litigation paralegal experience A paralegal degree or certification is required Proficiency in Word and Outlook MyCase software experience is preferred Experience with civil litigation, employment law, or land use/zoning is preferred Benefits 100% of the employee’s health insurance premium paid Unlimited PTO 401K with a 3% contribution of salary and bonuses after 90 days Paid lunch benefit that adds 5 hours back each two-week pay period Free parking 9 paid holidays Elective benefits available through ADP at employee cost $10K of life insurance and $10K of long-term disability covered #J-18808-Ljbffr
