Job Description
•Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, and display advertising networks to maximize brand awareness.
•Coordinate product launch initiatives by collaborating with external creative agencies, influencers, and internal cross-functional teams.
•Analyze web traffic data and consumer behavior patterns utilizing Google Analytics to optimize user journeys and landing page performance.
•Collaborate regularly with the e-commerce operations team to sync promotional calendars and enhance online storefront visibility.
•Prepare detailed monthly marketing performance reports and present actionable insights to executive leadership in both the U.S. and Japan.

•3-5 years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry.
•Business-level Japanese language proficiency
•Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective agency management and localized copywriting.
•Advanced technical knowledge of platform native advertising tools, including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
•Proficiency in Google Analytics, and data visualization tools for campaign analysis.
