TITLE: Junior Recruiter FLSA STATUS: Exempt

REPORTS TO: Branch Manager 

LOCATION: Field Office

PURPOSE: Successfully utilize all resources to maintain operational staffing levels.

UNIQUE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

• Develop and participate in innovative and proactive recruitment strategies

• Administer the interview and selection process

• Organize and host recruitment programs (i.e. job fairs, college presentations, etc.)

• Work closely with staff to address recruitment needs and ensure that goals are met

• Assist with client retention calls and activities as directed

• Assist HR Generalist with administrative duties as needed

REQUIRED:

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Experience: Three years direct recruiting experience

Skills: Positive communication and relationship skills, strong business acumen, self-motivated, 

results-oriented, effective behavioral interviewing skills, knowledge of federal/state regulations, 

multi-task, proficiency in Microsoft products. 

DESIRED:

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Experience: Five years direct recruiting experience

Skills: Positive communication and relationship skills, previous staffing experience, strong 

business acumen, self-motivated, results-oriented, effective behavioral interviewing skills, 

knowledge of federal/state regulations, multi-task, proficiency in Microsoft products
