LUMA Residential is seeking an experienced bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team at Timberglen Apartment Homes. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service to every prospect and resident.

What You'll Do
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a vital role in the success of our community by:
- Greeting prospects with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Conducting engaging apartment tours that showcase our community
- Following up with prospects and converting leads into new residents
- Assisting applicants throughout the leasing process
- Providing exceptional customer service to current and future residents
- Supporting resident retention and community events
- Assisting with outreach marketing and social media efforts
- Working closely with your teammates to create a positive, welcoming community
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who is energetic, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Positive, outgoing personality with a professional appearance
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule
- Active, valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current vehicle liability insurance
- Experience using Yardi property management software
- Experience working with Elise AI
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Marketing or outreach experience
