REAL ESTATE RENOVATION COORDINATOR

Starting pay: $18 per hour
Bonus eligibility after six months

Location: Green Bay office plus properties throughout Northeast Wisconsin

iBuyWI is looking for a motivated and organized Renovation Coordinator to help us complete more projects, improve our systems and grow our real estate investment business.

No two days will be exactly the same. You may meet contractors at properties, coordinate buyer walkthroughs, track renovation budgets or update project timelines.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Helping find contractors, collect bids and keep renovation projects moving

• Keeping project timelines, budgets and expenses accurate and organized

• Coordinating contractor meetings, buyer walkthroughs and property services

• Identifying delays, budget problems and missing information before they become expensive mistakes

You do not need years of construction or real estate experience. You do need to be dependable, organized, confident talking with people and willing to learn.

We can teach you our systems. We cannot teach you to care.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who takes ownership, follows up without being reminded and solves problems instead of making excuses.

You must have reliable transportation, be comfortable traveling throughout Northeast Wisconsin and occasionally accommodate paid walkthroughs outside normal business hours.

Construction, real estate or project management experience is helpful but character, work ethic and willingness to learn matter more to us.

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

Starting pay is $18 per hour with the potential to earn performance bonuses after six months.

Our goal is to purchase and renovate at least three properties every month. As the department grows, the right person will have opportunities to take on more responsibility and grow into a larger project management role.
