Guest Service Attendant

Blackstone Country Club , located in Peoria, AZ , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Attendant:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots..
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Experience Required

• Should be career focused within the golf industry
• Future PGA Class A and Associates preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience at a private golf club of similar size with similar service expectations
• Hospitality or service industry experience required
