This short-term acute care facility operates with 117 to 121 licensed beds, providing surgical and medical services to the patient population served. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and the infrastructure necessary to support call-based general surgery coverage on an on-site basis. Clinical operations are structured to ensure quality surgical care delivery throughout each assigned coverage period.

Indiana offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of regional attractions and year-round activities suited to varied interests. The state features outdoor recreation opportunities, cultural destinations, and community events distributed across its regions. Clinicians will find diverse options for leisure and exploration during time away from clinical responsibilities.

Clinicians will provide general surgery call coverage on weekend 24-hour shifts at an on-site inpatient facility, with coverage beginning January 1, 2027, on an ongoing basis. Primary responsibilities include performing general surgery procedures and maintaining continuous availability for both scheduled and emergent surgical needs throughout each assigned call period. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and board certification in General Surgery is negotiable for this locum tenens engagement.
