Pint House Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

About Us:

Pint House is looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to manage the day-to-day marketing presence of the venue. This position will focus heavily on social media and content creation while also ensuring that Pint House's digital platforms and in-venue marketing materials remain current and consistent. The ideal candidate is comfortable taking photos and videos, creating engaging social content, staying organized, and managing weekly marketing responsibilities independently.

This role will work closely with the One Hospitality Marketing Team while maintaining a strong presence at Pint House.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media & Content
  • Create and publish a minimum of one - two Instagram feed posts per week
    • Rotate content between experiential/lifestyle content, food and cocktails, staff features, events, and other venue-focused content
  • Maintain consistent Instagram Story activity throughout the week highlighting what is happening at Pint House
  • Capture quality photo and video content using the provided company phone
  • Stay aware of events, specials, sports, promotions, and other opportunities for timely social content
  • Upload and organize the previous week's content photos to the company NAS at the beginning of each week
  • Coordinate and execute one Pint House email marketing campaign per month
  • Assist with identifying relevant events, promotions, and venue updates to feature in monthly campaigns
  • Review the Pint House website at the beginning of each week to ensure hours, events, promotions, and other information are accurate
  • Review bathroom posters and other in-venue marketing materials regularly and replace outdated assets when necessary
  • Submit Pint House design requests through Jotform with complete information and appropriate lead time
  • Coordinate with the One Hospitality Marketing Team on upcoming campaigns, events, and promotional needs

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Instagram and social media content
• Comfortable taking quality photos and videos of food, cocktails, staff, guests, and venue experiences
• Creative eye for engaging hospitality and lifestyle content
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant and nightlife environment
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with venue management and the One Hospitality Marketing Team

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Canva, social media management, photography, content creation, or hospitality marketing is preferred
