CNC Operator | Evaluation Hire

Location: Hamden, CT

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Thursday, 7 am to 5:30 pm or Monday-Thursday, 7 am to 4:30 pm and Friday, 7 am to 11 am

Pay rate: $19-25/hr, based on experience

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC milling machines and lathes
Load and unload materials
Inspect parts using calipers and micrometers
Make basic machine offsets and adjustments
Follow blueprints, work instructions, and safety procedures
Keep the work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

1+ year of CNC machining or milling experience preferred, but not required
Experience using calipers and micrometers
Ability to read basic blueprints
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout the shift
