Vaco has partnered with a leading financial services organization that is seeking a Financial Advisor Transition Consultant to join its team.


This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role that combines client consulting, project management, and travel. You'll work directly with independent financial advisors and their teams, helping them transition their businesses onto the firm's platform and ensuring they have the tools, support, and resources needed to be successful.



In This Role, You Will:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for financial advisors and their teams throughout the transition process
• Guide new advisor offices through onboarding, technology implementation, and platform adoption
• Travel to advisor locations nationwide to support launches, training, and ongoing relationship management
• Partner with internal teams to address questions, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless advisor experience
• Build strong relationships with advisor teams and identify opportunities to enhance engagement and long-term retention
• Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication and follow-through
• Support advisor meetings, events, and initiatives that strengthen platform adoption and advisor satisfaction

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 4 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, or another advisor-facing environment
• Experience onboarding, supporting, or managing relationships with financial advisors and their teams
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with entrepreneurial, high-performing advisors and navigating complex situations professionally
• Familiarity with financial technology platforms and an aptitude for learning new systems and tools
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the year

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
